Doris does not stay in one fixed place. In Heartopia, Doris appears in different locations depending on the current weather event.
If you cannot find Doris, the reason is almost always weather-related, not the map itself.

Location: At the base of the rainbow
During rainbow weather, Doris appears near the visible rainbow itself, not at her usual rain location. You must physically travel to where the rainbow touches the ground. She will not appear elsewhere during this event.
☄️ Meteor Shower
Location: Onsen Mountain area
During a meteor shower, Doris relocates to the Onsen Mountain region. This location is easy to miss if you are checking only low-level areas. Meteor showers are limited-time events, so Doris will disappear once the event ends.
Important: Snowy Ground Is NOT Snowfall
This is one of the most common reasons players cannot find Doris.
A snowy environment does not mean snowfall is active.
Snow on the ground = ❌ not enough
Snow visibly falling from the sky = ✅ required
Doris only appears during active snowfall, not static winter scenery.

Because the rainbow can appear in different spots, you may need to do a little bit of exploring to find the exact location of the colorful arc!
