Exact Location & How to Enter
The concert takes place at the Fashionwave Concert Venue on Onsen Mountain. Look for the large, colorful stage to the right of the ice skating rink. To enter the restricted concert area, you must have Glow Sticks equipped.

Snow Concert Quest Steps
Talk to NPC Atara near the Fashionwave entrance to accept the Snow Concert Quest.
Purchase Glow Sticks (costing 20-50 Festival Tokens) from the nearby souvenir stall.
Enter the venue during the first 20 minutes of the show (between 7:00 PM and 7:20 PM Server Time).
Wave your glow sticks, watch the fireworks, and dance with fellow Heartopia residents.
The quest will complete automatically, and rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
Common Bugs & Troubleshooting
"No Concert Now" message
Solution:Ensure your device clock matches the 7:00 PM Server Time window. Try relogging to refresh the event instance.
Cannot Enter Venue
Solution:Make sure you have purchased and equipped Glow Sticks. Access is usually limited to the first 20 minutes for quest completion.
Quest Not Progressing
Solution:Talk to Atara again after the concert ends. If it still fails, check if you completed the required interaction time (approx. 10 mins).
